AMERICA AND VIETNAM
DIVINE STRATEGIC CONNECTION
The Lord said that there is a strategic connection between the Body of Christ in the United states of America and what is to occur in the spiritual realms in Vietnam.
THE FIRST STRAND - THE BRASS GATE UNLOCKED
He said that because of the issues of the war between Vietnam and America that as intercessors and the Body of Christ in America humble themselves and pray with a humble and contrite heart and repent that it will unlock a mighty spiritual gate in the heavenlies over Vietnam that has from the war years right up until this time been a gate of brass spiritually over the territory of Vietnam.
I sensed the Lord saying that is one of the primary reasons that such a strong form of communism under one of the most powerful satanic princes of South East Asia was enabled to take hold of spiritual power in Vietnam.
He said that even as many of the people of America had said that the War in Vietnam was not their war - that the Lord said that He had seen this same spirit prevail over His Church Body in America and their attitude spiritually to Vietnam apart from certain faithful groups of American missionary organizations on the ground there.
The Lord seemed to be saying urgently to us as
His body in America - This IS YOUR FIGHT - What is happening in Vietnam is YOUR
WAR because it is my War and you are my soldiers - my army.
I had the strongest sensing that as the
Christians in America humble ourselves and repent of any injustices - I did not
fully understand this - but felt a definite command that REPENTANCE was
definitely a major part of the ability of the key in the brass gate to turn -
and it was a corporate repentance - also a repentance to Americas own - for not
fully embracing them - God said -it was a war unfinished in the natural - and
is still till today and that as a direct result it is a spiritual war
unfinished and almost it seemed hanging in limbo in the spiritual realm.
The Lord had a great urgency about this - and an
excitement about what was to come in Vietnam if His Church were obedient to His
instruction. The greater the corporate prayer on this matter -the greater the
spiritual victory in Vietnam.
He emphasized that the corporate prayers were necessary in this issue because
America and Vietnam had been a national issue in earthly affairs.
I saw high level government officials in Vietnam
suddenly touched by the Gospel and the Holy Spirit given the freedom to move
across ranks and boundaries in an unprecedented way - hitherto unseen in this nation
except in smaller more underground pockets - But I knew that this great
watering of Vietnam by the Holy Spirit could ONLY be unleashed in its fullness
WHEN AMERICA prays for Vietnam and takes her burden to her heart as though she
were her own. THEN I saw the huge key turn in the Gates of Brass and the Spirit
of God fall across the Nation.
THE SECOND STRAND - NEW MOVE OF GOD AMONG USA ARMED FORCES
I also saw as a direct result of this - a new move of God among the armed forces over America - it felt almost as though Americas inadvertent rejection of the Vietnam veterans had actually struck right to the nerve of the armed forces at the time and that it was an unhealed wound that was still festering and bloody and full of infection - but I saw that it was SO well hidden and buried so very deeply (by those who had actively viewed it as an eyesore - and here I saw the Lord held the Politicians of that era greatly accountable )
THE THIRD STRAND
And the Lord gave another strand to this Vietnam issue - the current war - and I felt He was saying that again because it was still an unhealed wound with a festering scab that as pressure was placed on it - it would erupt from time to time especially when America was at war. I felt that these were some of the assignments this present government had to contend with in the spiritual realm as they dealt with the War with Iraq.
I concluded that as America prays corporately for Vietnam there would not only be a great movement of the Holy Spirit in Vietnam but that there would be a healing of unhealed wounds in this nation and a fresh revival that would spread through Americas military bases - and a new sense of freedom in the Whitehouse when dealing with the issues concerning the war in Iraq.
VIETNAM: A GREAT WATERING
For the Lord would say to Vietnam: "Oh - for my hearts and my hands are outstretched to you, Vietnam in this time and in this hour. Oh, for the prayers of my saints have risen before me and have not been unheeded - for the spirit of stupor and the slumber that has overshadowed this land in the decades past is about to be broken."
"Vietnam - I tell you prepare, prepare, prepare for a great watering of my Gospel. Prepare for a great watering of my spirit," says the Lord. "For through these past years even the seeds of my Gospel that were sown in secret -- that were planted in barren soil and seemed even not to take root -- a great and effective watering shall take place and the seeds of my gospel that were sown in years past and the lives of my servants that were poured out in Vietnam for my Names sake and for the sake of my gospel shall start to bear fruit."
"For even in this time of hardness, for even in this time of repression," says the Lord. "So my spirit has been hovering over these seeds waiting for this day and for this hour. So -- know my children that in the months and the years to come my church in Vietnam shall start to rise," says the Lord, "the seeds that have lain dormant for even decades shall now take root and bud under the watering of my spirit, and a new fire and a new hope and a new season await you -- my church in Vietnam -- and even as a trickle it shall start -- but the trickle shall gather and shall run through the byroads and the farmlands and even to the cities of your nation."
"Oh the highlands, the highlands," says the Lord. "And it shall start as a budding and a whispering - but it shall grow to the sound of a rushing wind - and the sound shall be a new sound and a different sound than has gone before in the church in Vietnam -- for my church shall rise with power and my church shall rise with authority and the Gospel of my Son shall be proclaimed."
"I will heal even your land," says the Lord of Hosts. "There shall even be a great healing and a new dimension of
trade and prosperity come upon Vietnam as my gospel rises - so even as I
raised Lazarus from the dead - so even shall you arise from your barrenness,
Vietnam - and even some within your government shall hearken to my call."
"And yes - there are those even among my church who would scoff and say impossible! But I tell you that even as Saul of Tarsus fell to his knees in that day and that hour so shall there yet be a ruler of iron in the years to come that shall fall and repent and shall turn for the fear and the awe of presence of the Living God. "
